Summary

Shows the effects of refraction in the active view window.

Description

When you select this command, the effects of refraction will be shown in the active view window, and when you deselect this command, the active view window will be shown without the effects of refraction. This command only has an effect when viewing from an Earth location, as the effects of refraction on other planets is not supported.
