Summary

Prints the active window to a printer or document on disk.

Description

When you select this command, the standard print dialog will be displayed. This allows you to choose whether to send the printout to a printer or document on disk, and also allows you specify such things as the range of pages, the order in which pages are printed, and the number of copies. After you accept this dialog, the contents of the active window will be printed as you specified.

Note

Printing a view window with a black background can consume a great deal of printer ink / toner, so in this case, you will first be shown a dialog asking if you want to temporarily invert the colors before printing.
